Lindsay Lohan may be in trouble again with the law. This time is was suggested by a caretaker who was interviewed by "TMZ" that Lindsay tried to get her phone back from the caretaker. The caretaker was fired for talking to the media. The caretaker said that Lindsay was out with friends and came back ten minutes late from her curfew with the smell of alcohol on her breath.
