Julian Assange was born on July 3, 1971 in Townsville, Queensland, Australia. He spent much of his time on Magnetic island. His parents ran a touring theatre company. There have been some reports that he had attended more than 37 schools and 6 universities. These numbers are not confirmed, but we do know that he moved around a lot."Undercoverage.net described his background as being strange. Assange apparently had a daughter with a girlfriend, but she lives with her mother.
Assange launched, "Wikileaks" in 2006 as a website that was dedicated to publishing classified information. Assange has been functioning as the editor.
It was just reported by, the Hollywood Reporter that Assange had landed a book deal that would generate more than One million Five hundred thousand dollars. The deal is a joint venture with, The Daily Finance and U.S. publisher, Alfred A. Knopf. Assange was quoted as saying that he had to do the deal for he needs the money for his legal problems. This is not the first book he had published. In 1977 he had published, "Underground Tales of Hacking; Madness and Obsession on the Electronic Frontier."
The next thing we may be hear is how he has a movie deal and may even star in it.
