Lindsay Lohan going to court in Beverly Hills.
Lindsay had tweeted. 'this is the first day of my life.' Today is the day that she was released from the Betty Ford Clinic in Rancho Mirage, California. She was there for 40 days. Ms Lohan was in jail and rehab twice and she can't afford to mess things up by getting into trouble again with drugs and alcohol. She needs to get serious and stay sober.
She has to return to court again on February, 25 2011. Her plans were to go to Long Island, but now the plans have changed.
