Mike (the Situation) Sorrentino is from Staten Island. He was born on July 4th, 1982. He is the oldest member on the show. He is currently 28 years old. He had joined "Jersey Shore" the first season which premiered in the Summer of 2009 on MTV. Prior to being on the show, Mike Sorrentino was an assistant manager at a fitness club. He also had worked as an exotic dancer at the "All American Male Crew." He recently purchase a Bentley for himself and has the name, "the Situation" embroidered in the seat of the car. Gossip reports state that he had made more than 10 million dollars in 2010.
