Justin Bieber had admitted how his voice is changing since he is getting older. He admitted that he works with his voice coach on his voice as it is rapidly changing.  His look is also much more grown up.  Justin Bieber is only 16 years old..  He told Matt Lauer that he loves meeting his fans and giving away free tickets.  He is very appreciative for his fans.
