Stranger Slipped into Yoko Ono's Apartment Building

"The Dakota" apartments on West 72 Street in NYC

Yoko had a scare on January 12th after a stranger who did not live in her New York apartment building slipped into the elevator that Yoko was on. His name was Sungro Kim who was Korean. He claimed that he wanted to go to the roof to take pictures. Yoko thought that there was something strange about his behavior and had called the concierge who then called the police. The uninvited photographer was arrested. Ms Ono still lives at the Dakota on West 72 street where her husband was shot by Mark David Chapman in front of her eyes as they came back from a recording session.
