Justin BieberThe feed.com had reported the following tweet that was done by the director, John Chu regarding Nintendo saying no to the use of 15 seconds of music for the film.
'aw C'mon Nintendo! Y won't u let us use the Mario theme for 15 secs in the @Justinbieber movie...talk about free advertising passed up. Oops.' This tweet was suggesting that Bieber's director had wanted to use the Mario Bros theme music and was denied. Nintendo has a very tight grip on their products and it is understandable why they are concerned how it is used.
Nintendo was not contacted to confirm the status of this statement. The film will be released on February 14, 2011 by, Paramount Pictures.
