Kayla Martell, won the title of Miss Delaware in 2010. She had tried 4 times to win and had lost the first three times, and finally won on the fourth attempt. She is smart, beautiful and she has Alopecia Areata. What makes her different from most other contestants is that she has very little hair on her head. She did not wear a wig the first three times for the Miss Delaware pageant, but decided to for the fourth time and won. Now she is up for Miss America and will be wearing a wig again.
The 2011 Miss America Contest will take place January 15, 2011.
