Katie Holmes was born on December 18, 1978 in Toledo, Ohio. She is the youngest of 5 kids. Her dad is a divorce lawyer. Her first big break was being on the hit show, "Dawson's Creek" from December 1998-2003.Katie had hosted SNL on Feb. 24, 2001. She had been in movies such as; "Ice Storm," "Abandon" and "Batman Returns." In 2005 she had dated actor, Tom Cruise and 2 months later the couple got engaged. They had a daughter, Suri who was born in April, 2006. Tom and Katie married on November 18, 2006 in Italy. In February, Katie will be showing off he beauty in "Elle" magazine.
