Kate Middleton on "Tatler" magazine goes on sale tomorrow. This is a very different look than that of Princess Diana when she was on the cover in 1990 and 1993. She had been on many covers of the magazine. Kate Middleton did not give an interview for this issue, however her friend was interviewed for the magazine.
