"American Idol" has just entered it's tenth season with a 2 hours special. The two new judges; Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez appeared to be enjoying their new post. Randy Jackson is the only original judge who kept his seat. Both new judges appeared to be very easy going and did not appear to be hard on contestants who were not good. Steven Tyler came across as more focused on his job and was very friendly with the contestants. Jennifer Lopez was very spirited. It will be interesting to see if the judges get tougher on the contestants as the show proceeds.
