Bieber was included in the Barbara Walter's special on the "10 Most Fascinating People," on ABC. When Barbara asked Justin about his mom, he pointed out that she is still the boss, and does a good job of keeping him grounded. Bieber said, "mom is "strict" One thing that she is strict about is where I go. She is concern about where I goes at night, and want to make sure that he is OK."
