Lily rose Batrice Allen was born on May 2, 1985. Her father, Keith Allen is a British actor and comediene. Her mother Alison Owen is a film producer. Ms Allen and Mr Cooper just announced their engagement. Sam Cooper proposed on Christmas day while on the beach in Bali. The couple had been dating since 2009 and had been friends for a long time. Most recently, Ms Allen had a miscarriage and Sam would have been the father had the baby been born.
