Louis Casati, is the garage attendant who received the Christmas card with a 400 dollar cash tip from Mr Madoff.
The night before Mark Madoff committed suicide he stopped by at the Mercer Street garage to drop off a 400 dollar cash Christmas tip and card for their service for the year.
