Lindsay Lohan Necklace: Going to court will cost more than the necklace that people are suggesting that she stole

If it is true that this necklace was stolen, it is very sad.  The cost of paying for legal fees for attorneys and court costs will be much higher than the value of 2500 dollars.  It was reported  that Lindsay Lohan will be going to court on Wednesday at 1:30 PM at the Los Angeles Superior Court to resolve this matter to find out if the necklace was stolen.  It was alleged that the necklace was stolen from a jewelry store in Venice, California on January 22, 2011.  Earlier this week,  Lindsay had an assistant hand in the necklace to the police.
