Sir Michael Philip Mick Jagger was born in Dartford Kent, England on July 26, 1943. His father and grandfather were teachers. His mother had worked as a hairdresser.  Mick always liked to sing as a child. He had said that he would always sing along to songs on the radio.  Since 1950, Mick had attended the Wentworth primary school in Dartford, Kent with Keith Richards. In 1954, Mick had moved to the Dartford grammar school. By 1961, Mick moved to Chelsea with school pal, Keith Richards and Brian Jones. Mick also attended the London School of Economics while living there. It took three years for the band to put together their first album called, the Rolling Stones. The band name came from a Muddy Waters song.  The album was recorded between January 3, to February 25, 1964 at the Regent Studios in London. The album was 33 minutes long.  The Rolling Stones had  recorded 25 studio  albums, and Mick has done solo albums.  Mick has been married 2 times and has 7 children by four women. He had performed for the first time ever at the 53 Annual Grammy awards and recently was linked to a misleading Tweet on Twitter that indicated that Jagger had died. Mick Jagger RIP was mentioned on Twitter. This surfaced because a DJ made a comment about his age and some people misunderstood and started to tweet suggesting that he had died.  Rumors were floating around a few years ago  that Mr Jagger is engaged to the fashion designer and model, L Wren Scott.  The couple have been together for a god number of years now, but there is no confirmation that they are engaged.  This would be Micks third marriage and at the age of 68, Mick may not feel the need for another wedding.   It should also be noted that Mick
just launched a new website and it is awesome.  It profiles his bio info, and you can see his performance at the Grammy awards.  Go to http://www.mickjagger.com
