Christina Aguilera is back to do a Tribute to Aretha Franklin for the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards: Will she remember the lines?

Aretha Franklin, Queen Waiting album

Music doesn't get better than that of Aretha Franklin's.  She is the queen of soul and has been making music history for decades  It has been reported that there will be a tribute to Ms. Franklin on Sunday during the 53rd Annual Grammy Award ceremony.  The decision to invite Chritina Aguilera involved in the special tribute must have been made long before Christina did the National Anthem for the Super Bowl 2011.   For some reason Ms Aguilera forgot her lines.  If you take a look at the way she looked, she did not look as good as she normally does.  Perhaps she was not feeling well. Some say that she was nervous.  That is hard to believe coming from a performer who has been in front of audiences for most of her life.  Perhaps she has something else going on in her life.  Whatever it is, she better make sure she does a good job doing her tribute to Aretha Franklin, because all eyes will be on her.  Ms Franklin deserves the most respect when people sing her songs, and we hope that Ms Aguilera will be able to do so. As for Ms Franklin, it was not announced whether she will make an appearance.  She has been very sick lately, and it is probably the case that she will be on TV via Satellite from Detroit. . We will keep our fingers crossed that she is well enough to make a personal appearance.
