Richard Dreyfuss (Scorpio)

Richard Dreyfuss (Scorpio) October 29, 1947.

Richard won an Oscar in 1977 for "Goodbye Girl", being the youngest
person ever to receive a Best Actor Award. His best known films are
"Jaws", "The Graduate", "Close Encounters of the Third Kind". After
experiencing an acting slump during the 1980's, Richard made a comeback
with his roles in "What About Bob", and "Mr. Holland's Opus".

Richard's astrological birthchart shows a heavy emphasis on sign
Scorpio, having three parts of his persona in that sign. His vital
energy is of the intense, complex and tenacious kind, with a tough
exterior, formidable ability to fight, and a sometimes stubborn
attitude. His emotional nature is stable and somewhat placid, with a
good amount of earthy sensuality to his instinctive responses. His
vital energy and his emotional nature are very closely aligned with the
point in his chart that deals with his professional status and life
achievements, and that is what would assure him of being able to touch
the pulse of the public in any venue he would choose. Richard's mindset
has the quality of a good detective, probing and investigating in a very
cool, calm and structured way. but he can sometimes become hard on
himself or others with an overly authoritative or stern way of
articulating his ideas. His artistic nature is also of the Scorpio
quality, loving the mysterious and totally absorbed into his artistic
work with faithful loyalty and devotion. Richard's energy for pursuing
his goals is fired up with pride, power, showmanship, playfulness, and a
great deal of stamina for delving into situations where power struggles
must be overcome, and then go through a process of transformation. His
chart also shows a benevolent, honorable, and magnanimous side to his
persona, and these qualities are right on the surface of his personal
presentation of self for all to see.

For the year 2010, Richard comes
into a cycle of expansion and opportunities with regard to his personal
and interpersonal achievements and interests.
