Born Juy 12, 1948, is the "guru" of the fitness world.

Richard is not as "flaky" as he seems....but he really does care
a lot about the well-being of others, and feels as though he can step
into their shoes and know how it feels.

Richard may experience some very upsetting and nasty circumstances during last weeks of August, and month of September "09. From there he may be headed for some heavy personal responsibilities in year 2010.....and career slowdowns, blockages and downright frustrating circumstances.
