Hollywood legend, Micky Rooney had gone to Washington to lobby for Congress to establish a bill that would protect elderly citizens from being abused. The issue became apparent when Mr Rooney had an alleged problem with his stepson,Christopher Aber, who was accused of blocking him from his mail and intimating him as well as bullying him. It is alleged that he had no access to his money and could not get information about it. Since then, Mickey Rooney got a court order to keep his step son out of his business and he now has an attorney from L.A. who handles his personal matters. His step son is not allowed to get any closer than 100 yards from Mr Rooney's home.
