Kim had shared this picture on her Twitter account with her old friend Nicole Ritchie (daughter of Lionel Ritchie).  Kim was 13 years old and Nicole was 12 at the Beverly Hills School.  The two ladies are still friends, but Kim has no children, and Nicole has 2.
