Paula Abdul

Paula Abdul born June 19, 1962.

At the tender age of 7, Paula was studying jazz and tap dance and
attending the Community Theatre in North Hollywood. She won a
scholarship at Bell Lewitzky Co. and majored in TV and radio study at
Cal State. Paula was also a member of the LA Basketball dance troupe
"The Laker Girls", and made her debut music release "Knocked Out", which
brought her to attain the position of top artist by 1990.
Presently, Paula is a judge on the hit show "American Idol", although
she has recently announced she would "quit" because of salary
disagreements.
