Ted Williams has a lot of advice to give for anyone who  may be down and out.  He knows because he has gone from being homeless to a household name.  Currently, he is living in a half-way shelter and making guest appearances on shows such as the Today Show. His advice is, ' you should keep praying and if you have a talent that you should make sure that you show it'    When asked what are his favorite thoughts since he no longer is homeless, he stated,' being on the Today Show  announcing  and doing the voice over for Kraft foods are the two most awesome things I had done since I was homeless.'.  Ted now has a girlfriend and is making personal appearances on radio and TV shows  and we wish him luck.

Ted Williams is back, but this time it is not to do voice-overs, but to be a star on his own TV reality show. TMZ had reported that the show will be called, Second Chance at Life.  It will be filmed in Brooklyn, New York, Ohio (where he was homeless), and LA, where he has been living the good life. The show will profile his fall from being a radio announcer to going homeless, and how he is picking up the pieces again.

It was announced that Ted William will be entering rehab. The pressure from going from
rags to riches had taken it's toll. Mr Williams had trouble with the law when he got into a fight in Los Angles with his daughter at the Renaissance Hotel. Experts had stated that Mr Williams had entered an intense reality that was very hard to handle. It is hard for someone who is an alcoholic to handle the dramatic change from rags to riches. Many people describe it as a slippery place.

KTLA reported that Ted Williams had a brush with the law on Monday night when he was staying at a Renaissance Hotel in Hollywood and got into a fight with his daughter. Apparently, the police checked out the situation to see what was going on and they were detained for about an hour and released with no charges.

Ted Williams had met up with his mother, daughter and son on an"Entertainment Tonight" exclusive. At one point his son had put his hand on his father's knee. This was a very moving moment for the family when they were all together again.

Ted Williams is a 53 year old man who was homeless in the Cleveland area for two decades. He had problems with drug and alcohol addiction which led to him being homeless. He was panhandling one day when a man drove by with his wife, and received a dollar from the couple. After they gave the money, Ted had held up a sign indicating that he has a good voice and could sing a jingle to show appreciation for the money. The man who gave the dollar asked him to sing and he could not believe how good Ted was. The man came back with a video camera to tell a story about Ted, and the rest is history. Ted has been on just about every major TV show;
"Late Night," "Today," "Leno", to name a few. Tedd appears to be a very bright man with a positive attitude. He also has a very good sense of humor. Jimmy Fallon had him as a guest and announcer on his show that aired January 6th. Mr Williams announced the introduction of, Jim Carrey and Dr Oz who were the guests on Fallon's show. He also got a job as the announcer for the Cleveland Cavaliers, a commercial for Kraft and some other gigs doing voice-overs.. This is such an incredible story. What a great way to start the New Year! As for Mr Williams being on the Today show; Ted told Fallon, 'I am excited because Matt Lauer because he brings the female out of me.'
