Tilly has been married several times, and describes her present husband on her website as a, "keeper." She has kids and no longer acts. We know her best for her role in, "The Big Chill." She is currently working as a writer of novels. "Gemma" is her second novel and was originally published in 2006. It is about a pedophile who kidnaps a 12 year old girl. The book is not for kids under the age of 15. Much of the money that is made from the book is donated to girls who are in trapped in difficult situations. On Ms Tilly's blog, she states that she had raised over 32,000 dollars that she had donated for this cause. Her blog is very inviting under her name, and even gives out recipes.
