Will Ferrell's, "Funny or Die" is Far From Dying!

Funny or Die was launched in April, 2007, and the name came from a political cartoon called," Join, or Die". Will Farrell was born, John William "Will" Ferrell on July 16.1967 in Irvine, California.  His mother was a teacher, and father was a guitar player for the Righteous Brothers. His parents moved from Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina to California 3 years before Will was born.  Will graduated from USC in Los Angeles and started doing comedy at the Groundlings comedy troupe in L.A. By 1995, Ferrell had launched a gig on SNL for 7 years until 2002.  Ferrell has been in 45 feature films, including; the voice of the man with the yellow hat in Curious George and the voice of the Black Knight on TV's Family Guy. He is married to a Swedish actress and the couple have 3 sons.  Casa De Mi Padre, is his most recent film that has not been released yet. Funny or Die had received awesome success with the  HBO joint venture. The site features many celebrities such as Jerry Seinfeld and Lindsay Lohan.  Last year was the first year that the site had started to make money, and is well on it's way.  There is also a Eat Drink or Die that has to do with cooking and recipes  Tom Colicchio is involved with the content of the site.  

Will Farrell co-created Funny or Die, with Adam McKay It is a Gary Sanchez production. The video streaming website was originally funded by a Venture Capital firm, Sequoira, and a year later in 2008 HBO bought 10 % of it.
