British Vogue had reported the story on British Fashion Icon, Bruce Oldfield had designed in 2008 the uniforms for the McDonald's in Britain.  There are 67,000 employees and that is a lot of uniforms.  The look was McDonald's to look chic  The guy in the baseball cap looks like every customer who comes in, casusal and a little hip.  The girl looks more formal.
