The Daily News and other media outlets  had reported that actress, Jennifer Aniston may be moving back to NYC for a sum of almost 15 million dollars.  The apartment is located at 2 Horatio Street in the West Village, New York City. However, there are other reports such as in the New York Observer, that she never even stepped into the building.

It is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath  duplex Penthouse apartment. The apartment was redone to perfection. The reconstruction took 2 full years.  Monthly maintenance is just over 5,000 per month.  The listing is on Douglas Elliman.  It states that there is a laundry room on each floor and no mention of a washer and dryer in the apartment.  Could that be possible for 14.95 million?  Jennifer is probably looking for a place, but it usually takes a long time to find an apartment in Manhattan. Neighborhoods are so different and it is necessary to check as many as possible when shopping . Also, if it is true that this apartment doesn't come with a washer and dryer in it, do you think she would pay 15 million?
