Elizabeth Taylor was born on February 27, 1932 in Hamstead, London, England.  Her parents were Americans living in the UK. Her father was an art dealer, and mother was an actress.  Both  parents were from, Arkansas City, Kansas.
She had acted in her first feature film when she was 9 years old called, There Was One Born Every Minute.  Elizabeth Taylor was married to 8 different people.  She was married to actor, Richard Burton twice.

Ms Taylor has been in more than 50 films and had won 2 Oscars; Butterfield 8 and Who's Afraid of Virgina Woolf.  She was to receive the Aamfar Award this past Wednesday in NYC, but could not make it. Sir Elton John had accepted the award on her behalf. She was admitted to the Cedars Sinai Hospital in Beverly Hills, California. She has congestive heart disease which she has had problems with since 2004.  She is there to be monitored for her disease. Ms Taylor is 78 years old, and  must most of the time is in a wheel chair when she is in public. She has homes in ; Bel Air, London, Palm Springs and Hawaii. We wish her the very best.
